Of course we still love to see you when you come in to the Bank; but we’re just as happy knowing that you are getting your banking done on your terms - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

WCB has made it even easier by adding a Mobile Branch App for Apple and Android with Mobile Check Deposit functionality. The Mobile Branch App for Apple or Android devices allows seamless access to your accounts using the same log in credentials and security features as your WCB Online Banking. You can even sign up for Online Banking right from the app! Additionally, with our new Mobile Branch App you can access Mobile Check Deposit that will allow you to make check deposits up to $2,500.00 per day with your internet enabled smart phone or tablet.

FAQ about using WCB Online Banking through the Mobile Branch

Will I access WCB Online Banking with my existing User ID and password?
Yes because of the seamless integration your login credentials are the same whether access is through a traditional online banking connection or through the mobile branch.

Is there a Forgot Password feature?
Yes. Click the Forgot Your Password link and you will be prompted to input information to identify yourself. This will allow you to change your password.

Will I receive challenge questions with WCB Mobile Branch?
Yes, as is the case with the full WCB Online website, you may receive the challenge questions as additional level of security.

Does WCB Mobile Branch store data on my mobile device?
No, WCB Online does not store data on your mobile device.

Is there an inactivity timeout in WCB Mobile Branch?
Yes. For security purposes, you will automatically be logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Can I pay bills through the WCB Mobile Branch?
Yes! If you are a WCB Online Banking user you may pay bills through the Mobile Branch.

Will my account balances and history be available in the WCB Mobile Branch?
Yes. WCB Online Banking customers will be able to view balances and up to 12 months of history through the Mobile Branch.
