Online Banking
Q. How do I apply for Online Banking?
A. Once you have opened a WCB account, you can click here to register for both Consumer and Business Online Banking.
Q. How can I get personal service for Online Banking?
A. You can get personal service and help with WCB online banking in one of three ways…

Mobile Banking
Q. Can I access WCB Mobile Banking with my existing User ID and password?
A. Yes, because of the seamless integration your login credentials are the same whether access is through a traditional online banking connection or through the Mobile Banking App.
Q. Is there a Forgot Password feature?
A. Yes. Click the Forgot Your Password link and you will be prompted to input information to identify yourself. This will allow you to change your password.
Q. Will I receive challenge questions with WCB Mobile Banking?
A. Yes, as is the case with the full WCB Online website, you may receive the challenge questions as an additional level of security.
Q. Does Mobile Banking store data on my mobile device?
A. No, WCB Online does not store data on your mobile device.
Q. Is there an inactivity timeout for Mobile Banking?
A. Yes. For security purposes, you will automatically be logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
Q. Can I pay bills through Mobile Banking?
A. Yes! If you are a WCB Online Banking user you may pay bills through Mobile Banking.
Q. Will my account balances and history be available in Mobile Banking?
A. Yes. WCB Online Banking customers will be able to view balances and up to 12 months of history through the Mobile Branch.
eDocuments
Q. What are eDocuments?
A. eDocuments are simply your account statements and/or loan bills in electronic format. This allows you to see your documents online.
Q. Do eDocuments contain the same information as my paper statement?
A. Yes, eDocuments are required to have the same information as your paper statement or bill.
Q. What are the benefits of eDocuments?
A. eDocuments are fast! eDocuments are generally available within 24 hours from the time of processing. In comparison, paper statements that need to be printed, stuffed into envelopes, sealed, metered and mailed can take up to two weeks to be received.
eDocuments help you cut down on paper clutter and helps the environment.
We will send you an email as soon as your eDocument is ready for viewing online.
Decrease the possibility of mail fraud and identity theft by not having your bank information sitting in your mailbox while you are away from home.
You will have access to at least the past 16 months of documents stored online.
